Our mission

Responsible alcohol service starts with people understanding the law, the risks and the practical decisions they may face during a shift. We create training that turns those topics into straightforward lessons learners can use in real hospitality and retail environments.

What our training is built around

Our Florida alcohol server training is organized around the employee instruction subjects described in Florida Statute 561.705, including alcohol laws, alcohol effects, underage customers and responsible responses to high-risk situations.
